Like Kelly, fall makes me want to pick up the knitting needles and create something. And right now these baby sweaters are killing me. Quick, someone get knocked up so I can start a sweater, it’ll probably take me 9 months to finish one.

   These are both so darling... now if only I'd finish the sweater I started this summer for a baby who's now 4 months old. Oops. Thanks for reminding me of Pickles patterns though!

   When I was pregnant with my daughter last year, I knit a sweater. It was horrifying. I vowed never again. But, these two might just have wooed me back.

   Oh stars, that striped deal has to happen. And, listen, I found out yesterday that I'm now up to 8 friends expecting before May so if you *need* a baby to knit for, I'm happy to loan one out.

   oh man, I love Pickles patterns, they are so great. so funny because I have skeins all rolled and ready to go for that very vest pattern...it is just in line behind a baby cardigan and 2 beanies!
