Two of My Favorite Tutorials: Apple Recipes Edition

My MIL was visiting from Washington State this last weekend and brought us 2 huge boxes of organic apples. Because it is so late in the season, a good many of the apples are already starting to turn soft. I’ve been searching high and low for some really good apple recipes, do you have any?
