Here’s an idea for really really cheap art for your house. I took the digital images from our photo shoot with Amy Clark, to my local blueprint + copy + had the images blown up to about 3×4 feet. Each poster cost about $5 to print + is cheaper for smaller sizes. The images came out black + white + super grainy + I love them.

   I thought Intermountain Blueprint & Copy was a great idea. However, they are quite pricey. You can get images just as big or even bigger, in color, better quality ,and for so much less (under $2)at Kinko's.

   I must clarify that under $2 is for b&w copies only.
   
   I also must clarify and say that I did have a color copy made of a map from 8.5" x 11" make into a 3'x4' colored copy and it cost over $100. That's why I'm sharing this voice of warning.

    I love these SO much; I had been thinking about making some photo canvases but this is far more affordable and I like the tint too!

    it's just a preference, but i prefer to support local businesses than big chains.

    Susan, I'm so sorry. I was flat out wrong! FedEx is not cheaper. They are $4 more expensive!!!! (I checked it out yesterday) Please delete my comments above. I just went in today Intermountain Blueprint and Copy today and had two pictures done for a bridal shower that I'm hosting thanks to your glorious idea. I will go there from now on. Thanks for the tips!

    in love with this idea! i called my local blueprint copier, though & they freaked out when i told them my idea! i'm kind of confused about how the process works - are they able to upload the image from the shop & print it via the blueprint machine or do you scan your image?
