Friday Refrains: Laura Veirs

Winter’s icy grip is, I think, what they call this weather we are having.  Mostly single digit temperatures. Everything is white and sparkly and beautiful, but it’s hard to breathe when you go outside.

We’ve mostly stayed inside watching movies and playing with Christmas toys, but I also can’t stop listening to Tumble Bee by Laura Veirs. Classic folk songs for kids that mom and dad won’t be able to resist. It’s perfect January music. You can just imagine them recording it around a fireplace in your living room.
