Cooking Class, Provo Utah (In Pictures)

Oh my goodness, Melissa + Jenn out did themselves this time. The food was amazing + the class was again, inspiring + fun. And of course, I ate way too much + had to be rolled home.

fresh fruit salad with honey, lemon and basil
raspberry steamed milk

sweet potato and kale bread pudding

lumberjack pancakes with a pear and apple compote

poached eggs over roasted bacon wrapped asparagus with a hollandaise sauce

My empty food cups – way more than my share. My favorite part of the class is how they use fresh, locally grown in season food. You should definetly get yourself to the next one.

This is my 1st visit and WOW - Susan, those sweet potato and kale bread pudding's look delicious.

The fact that they're using the opportunity to highlight local products is also cool.

Nice information, many thanks to the author. It is incomprehensible to me now, but in general, the usefulness and significance is overwhelming. Thanks again and good luck!!!
