Today we are pleased to hear from Mike Loveland, one of the masterminds behind the best place on the Internet for digital downloads, Caravan Shoppe. Father’s Day is in a couple weeks, so thanks for the great ideas, Mike!
1>> Flip Book Kit :: I love the illusion of life, and anything resembling a flip book falls into that category. I’ve been eying this product for some time. It started as a Kickstarter campain and I would love to be able to make my own animations for it or make films of the kids using still images.
2>> Boombot Speaker :: I want to really instill the love of music in my kids, and make it fun for them. Someday I’ll get my son Oliver, this cool little Bluetooth speaker he can listen to a playlist that we will make together.
3>> Microscope :: I also want to instill a love for the world around them. I like this computer microscope because it’s simple and elegant and you can remove the camera from its stand to explore things like teeth!
4>> Gramophone :: Someday I will make my own record using this product, for no other reason than it sounds like a lot of fun. The kids will join in on this too.
